PrimePixel Studio ("we," "us," or "our") is an editorial branding studio based in Billings, Montana, specialising in brand identity development, brand guidelines, visual identity systems, and related creative services for businesses worldwide.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you inquire about our services, enter into a project agreement, or communicate with our team. This includes your name, company name, email address, phone number, billing address, and project-related materials you share with us.

We may also collect limited technical data (such as IP address and browser type) when you visit our website, solely for security and analytics purposes.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to deliver branding services, communicate about your project, issue invoices, and improve our studio's offerings. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers (e.g., accounting software, cloud storage) strictly to fulfil our contractual obligations.

Project Files & Intellectual Property

Files, briefs, and materials you share with us are treated as confidential. We retain project files for a period of two (2) years after project completion for archival and revision purposes, after which they are securely deleted unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By engaging PrimePixel Studio for branding services — including brand identity development, brand guidelines, visual identity systems, logo design, and related creative deliverables — you agree to these Terms of Service in full.

Scope of Services

All services are defined in a written project proposal or statement of work agreed upon before work commences. Any changes to scope must be requested in writing and may result in revised timelines and fees.

Payment Terms

Projects require a non-refundable deposit of 50% before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of final files. Invoices unpaid after 14 days of the due date may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month. PrimePixel Studio reserves the right to withhold final deliverables until payment is received in full.

Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the final, approved deliverables (logo files, brand guidelines document, visual identity assets). PrimePixel Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless a written confidentiality agreement is in place.

Preliminary concepts, unused design directions, and working files remain the property of PrimePixel Studio.

Revisions

Each project phase includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate briefs, timely feedback, and any required assets (photography, copy, etc.). Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines without penalty to PrimePixel Studio.

Limitation of Liability

PrimePixel Studio's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States.

Refund Policy

Effective date: January 1, 2026

Nature of Our Services

PrimePixel Studio provides custom creative services — including brand identity development, brand guidelines, visual identity systems, and strategic branding consultation. Because our work is bespoke and time-intensive, our refund policy reflects the nature of creative professional services.

Deposits

All project deposits (50% of the agreed project fee) are non-refundable. The deposit compensates PrimePixel Studio for reserving studio time, conducting discovery research, and initiating creative development on your behalf.

Mid-Project Cancellation

If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has commenced, the following applies:

Before first concepts are delivered: The deposit is retained; no further payment is due.

After first concepts are delivered: A kill fee of 75% of the total project fee is due, reflecting the creative work completed to that point.

After final delivery: Full payment is due. No refunds are issued once final files have been delivered.

Dissatisfaction & Revisions

We are committed to delivering work that meets the agreed brief. If you are dissatisfied with a deliverable, we encourage you to utilise your included revision rounds before considering cancellation. Refunds are not issued on the basis of subjective creative preference once the agreed revision rounds have been exhausted.

Exceptional Circumstances

In the rare event that PrimePixel Studio is unable to complete a project due to circumstances on our end, we will issue a pro-rated refund for work not yet completed.

How to Request

All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to our studio email. We will respond within 5 business days.
